Oak Hills Church is hosting our third annual Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, October 28, 2023! Trunk or Treat is held in the OHC parking lot, and features trick or treating stations from the trunks of cars or truck tailgates. It will be a fun, family friendly evening of activities, treats, and a great Bible story!

Trunk or treat is a community event and free to attend. Please invite your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers! No registration required.

Don't forget your bag or bucket to collect your treats. Costumes are encouraged! Please help us Be The Light to young children, so no scary costumes (no blood, bones, evil, violent themes). Please keep pets at home where they are safe (from chocolate and small children).

EVENT DETAILS

Parking - Enter the church parking lot from the IH-10 Access Road.
Event - Trunk or Treat will be outside in the south parking lot located behind the church.
Costumes - No scary, violent, or promiscuous costumes please.
Pets - Pets are not permitted at this event.

Be the Light! | Serve as a “Trunk Host”
We invite you to courageously engage culture with the hope of Jesus as you serve at Trunk or Treat this fall! Our theme is “Be the Light!” inspired by Matthew 5:14 NIV, “You are the light of the world.” Serve local families and engage kids with the light of Jesus throughout the evening. Trunk Hosts theme out their vehicle trunk with fun/friendly decorations (please no scary themes), games, face painting, balloon twisting, and costumes that engage children. Hosts supply candy or small toy “treats” to kids as they stop at their trunk. Hosts are encouraged to be creative and have fun as they compete for “best of” host prizes!
