Worship Arts

At Oak Hills Church, our mission is to guide all people to follow Jesus moment by moment. The Worship Arts Ministry strives to accomplish this by following the instruction of Colossians 3:16 which says, “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.”  

We remind the people of God they are a royal priesthood, a people for his own possession, called to proclaim the excellencies of Him who called us out of darkness into his marvelous light. (1 Pet. 2:9). We sing to the LORD and bless his name, declaring his glory among the nations and his marvelous works among all the peoples (Psalm 96:2-3) In following the instructions of these scriptures, we proclaim the gospel of God’s amazing grace to a broken world and remind the Church that we are his prized possession.
