For better or for worse, we are all creatures of habit. Research shows that habits account for about 40% of what we do on any given day. The everyday choices we make easily become unconscious behaviors that shape our identity. The apostle Paul warned believers, “Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out.” (Romans 12:2 MSG) In Jesus, sin no longer has power over you.
