FFD Serve

UPCOMING: Fresh Food Distribution | December 14 (Saturday)

Use your gifts to bless and serve local families! Serve teams welcome families and distribute food boxes to up to 500 families in the Oak Hills Church and San Antonio community.

Adults, middle school, and high school students are invited to serve. Middle school students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. High school students can serve without a parent/guardian present. Both middle and high school students must have a signed parental waiver (to be provided).

We will provide lunch and water for each person serving. A serve waiver will also be provided for your review and signature.

Register for a Serve Role


This team will set-up tents, tables, signs, cones, etc. in parking lot between 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM. Register HERE.
This team will be greeting and directing vehicles to food registration lanes between 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Register HERE.
This team will be electronically collecting registration information from families prior to receiving food as well as engaging with families through prayer, baptism information between 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Register HERE.
This team will greet and welcome families, carry encouraging signs along paths, hand out OHC information, and distribute hygiene kits between 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM). Register HERE.
This team will place food items in vehicles; volunteers must be able to load up to 20-30lbs and serves between 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM). Register HERE.
This team will take down tents, tables, clear out chairs and trash cans between 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM. Register HERE.
