We’ve all been challenged by difficult questions posed by spiritually curious people. Answering these questions is challenging, but beneficial because they grow your knowledge in your faith and help you better communicate your beliefs to people at work, in your neighborhood, and even other Christians.

On Saturday, March 10, we’ll host a simulcast from 10am to 1:30pm. Noted apologist Lee Strobel will answer Questions Christians Hope No One Will Ask along with several other Christian scholars.

Join us as we delve into answers to questions such as:

“What makes you so sure that God exists at all?”
“Why trust the Bible — isn’t it full of myths and mistakes?”
“What makes you think Jesus was more than just a good teacher?”

As a part of our You’ll get Through This sermon series we’ve created an online community of encouragement where you can share via video or in written format your own story of how God has brought you through debt, divorce, disease, or disappointment.

In Genesis 50:20 Joseph says “As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to preserve many people alive.” (NASB) God can use trials from your life to support, uplift, and bless others who may be going through a tough time. Your story can be water in the desert for thirsty, hungry people searching for the hope that God promises. Sharing your testimony isn’t about you; it’s about unashamedly glorifying God and shining His light for others to see.

You’ll Get Through This

We’ve all experienced moments in our lives where we feel abandoned, let down, confused, and angry. We wonder why we have to endure the pain we’re feeling and often blame God for our troubles. Joseph must have felt this way as he went through the many trials and tribulations that plagued his life, but there is good news. Joseph triumphed in the end and you can too!

Our new sermon series, You’ll Get Through This: Survival Lessons from the Life of Joseph, taught by Max Lucado, examines what can we learn from Joseph’s behavior and reactions to his situations, and how these lessons apply to our lives.
